Important Notes

  • Please make up your mind before submitting your order form to avoid future misunderstandings or other complications
  • TUM will verify your order together with an official invoice once the order form has been processed
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so during the verification process
  • If the space for item code(s) is not enough for your purchase, please send another order form separately
  • Do not forget to double check each and every detail on your order form before submitting
  • Your deposit/payment will NOT be refunded once the order is confirmed
  • Backing out will risk you of being forever blacklisted and a non-refundable deposit if you have made any
  • Full payment should be made within 24 hours after your item(s) has been officially reserved
  • Payment can be made via online transactions, ATM transfers and by using Cash Deposit Machine
  • We prefer transactions to be done directly to our CIMB and Maybank accounts
  • Delivery will only take place once full payment has been received
  • Delivery will be done only every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays or as arranged
  • For delivery to any office address within Malaysia, it will be done strictly on Mondays and Wednesdays only
